Maison Velanore offers digital gift cards designed to provide a refined and exclusive gifting experience.
1.General
Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered via email.
They can be used exclusively on the Maison Velanore website.
2.Validity
Gift cards are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, any unused balance will expire automatically.
3.Usage
- Gift cards are valid for a maximum of 25% of the total order value
- Gift cards must be used in a single transaction
- Gift cards cannot be split or used across multiple purchases
- If the order value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method
4.Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.Loss or Unauthorized Use
Maison Velanore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Customers are responsible for keeping their gift card details secure.
6.Sourcing Model
All purchases made using gift cards are subject to Maison Velanore’s sourcing and fulfillment process.
Delivery timelines may vary accordingly.
7.Fraud and Misuse
Maison Velanore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any gift card transaction in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
