Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier response times, customs procedures, and sourcing conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines may differ from standard retail delivery models.
5.Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (British Pound Sterling) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Maison Velanore does not store or directly process customer payment information.
6.Deposit Policy
All deposits made for reserved, sourced, special-order, pre-arranged, or custom-requested items are strictly non-refundable once sourcing, procurement, reservation, or order processing has begun.
By placing a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Maison Velanore Ltd may immediately begin sourcing, securing, reserving, or preparing the requested item upon receipt of the deposit payment.
The required deposit amount may vary depending on the product value, sourcing requirements, supplier conditions, exclusivity, customization, and order complexity.
Maison Velanore Ltd reserves the right to determine the appropriate deposit amount for each transaction at its sole discretion prior to confirming the order.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe communicated to the customer. Maison Velanore Ltd reserves the right to determine, adjust, or reasonably modify the final payment due date where necessary due to supplier requirements, logistics, customs procedures, delivery scheduling, product availability, operational requirements, or other exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly, and the revised payment deadline shall remain binding.
Failure to complete the final payment within the required period may result in cancellation of the order, forfeiture of the deposit, and loss of any associated reservation rights without refund.
Where payment details have been securely saved and the customer has provided authorization for future payments, Maison Velanore Ltd reserves the right to collect the remaining balance using the approved payment method in accordance with this agreement and the customer’s prior authorization.
By proceeding with payment, the customer confirms acceptance of this Deposit Policy and agrees to the terms stated above.
7.Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on sourcing location, destination country, customs procedures, and external factors beyond our control.
8.Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund procedures are outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
Deposit payments for sourced, reserved, or special-order items are subject to the Deposit Policy stated above and may not qualify for standard refunds.
9.Gift Cards
Maison Velanore may offer digital gift cards.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards may be used for purchases on our website

10.Intellectual Property
