At Maison Velanore, each piece is carefully sourced through our international supplier network to ensure quality, exclusivity, and refined selection.
Due to the nature of our sourcing model, we maintain a structured return policy to protect both our clients and our process.
1.Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Maison Velanore reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.Sourced Items
As our products are sourced upon order, not all items are eligible for return.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective
- The item received is incorrect
Returns based on personal preference (e.g., change of mind) may not be accepted.

All return requests must be approved before sending the item back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4.Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
6.Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If applicable, you may return the item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
7.Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
